RETURNS

We hope you love your SHIMMER THE LABEL pieces.

However, in the instance you need to return your item, the following conditions apply:

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Full priced items are eligible for a refund or credit note within 10 days from delivery.

*This includes items purchased using a welcome code.

SALE ITEMS

Sale Items are eligible for exchange or credit note only within 10 days from delivery.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final Sale Items cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on any Final Sale items unless deemed faulty. Additionally, we are unable to amend or cancel orders that have already been placed.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email hello@shimmerthelabel.com.au with your Order Number, accompanied with imagery and a brief summary of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will be in contact to rectify your order.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Swimwear and Caps are unable to be returned due to health restrictions and hygiene reasons.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Before submitting a return request, please ensure the below conditions are met:

  • The goods are within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Item(s) is in original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed (be mindful when trying garments on that there is no transfer of makeup as we will be unable to accept it)
  • Item(s) is in original packaging with original tags attached.

 

SHIMMER THE LABEL reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our conditions of Return within our Returns Policy. This policy adheres to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
